    You can make donation online as well as by mail. Click here to make an online donation.

    This is Canadian Revenue Agency designation for organizations that have the ability to raise funds and provide tax deductible receipts. CRA then assigns you a number that ends with R00 and then more numbers. “Not for Profit” status is not the same.

    If you partner with an organization that has charitable status, and they will be the organization that applies for the grant. Another option is to work with your local municipality. Municipalities have the ability to partner with organizations and provide their tax number if they provide their approval for your project.

    No. Westshore Community Foundation does not grant towards fund-raisers. When your project is going ahead you may apply for a portion of the project at that time.
